All ticket purchases and reservations on KOLEO are processed in Polish zloty (PLN).
If you use a multi-currency card (such as Revolut, Wise, etc.) or accounts maintained in foreign currencies, the currency conversion takes place on the side of the bank.
KOLEO accepts payments with Visa and Mastercard, including virtual wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FOREIGN CARD HOLDERS! 🌍
Card transactions are handled for KOLEO by Elavon, which, for security reasons, only handles cards issued by banks and financial institutions in the EEA, i.e. no British, Ukrainian or Swiss cards.
However, Estonian Wise cards and the latest Lithuanian Revolut cards are accepted without issues, while older (British) cards are no longer.
