Can I change the time and/or date of departure?

To do that you will need to exchange the whole ticket. See here: https://pomoc.koleo.pl/pytanie/how-to-exchange-or-refund-a-ticket

Please keep in mind (after the nominal departure time of the train had passed) that the only available solution is to buy a new ticket and make a formal refund request regarding the one not used. Before that however we recommend that you send us a message to: [email protected]
